The man that started the legacy was Tom Condon out of Southern California, he moved his family of 10 from Michigan where he was a machinist by trade to southern ca. After moving to California it didn’t take long for Tom to realize he wanted to work outside of the shop and be in the California weather. That’s when he started his journey as a plumber and soon was licensed for HVAC as well. In 1988 Kevin Sr followed in his father’s footsteps starting KC plumbing, heating, and cooling. He helped raise the standards of the industry as well as brought flat rate pricing to light in the Bay Area. Many local success stories have followed his way and this has been transformational to our industry. Fast forward to 2018 and Kevin Condon Jr. is now a partner and the company continues to be family owned and operated.
